Randy Sonson founded Handro Learning in 2014 to teach Mathematics and Information Technology. Through years of teaching, he recognised that students were capable but often needed more exposure to important CXC CSEC Maths topics. Difficult concepts also needed to be explained in smaller, clearer steps, with more opportunities to practise.
Each Mathematics lesson combines a written explanation, worked examples and an accompanying video. Students then complete a short multiple-choice test and must score at least 80% before the next lesson unlocks. This checks their understanding before they move on to more advanced concepts.
